The Medieval Flambeaux provides a traditional looking fire brand which is suitable for a range of historic buildings and, with the remote mounted Unibox controller, offers a traditional style flambeaux in two sizes. The fabricated fire basket is made from steel. Within this is the burner and anti-roll over plate which are all housed within an aluminium spinning. The small unit has a small burner which is available at 20,000 btu and 30,000 btu rating. This has two thermocouples and a single hot surface igniter, whereas the large unit has the medium double device burner with two thermocouples and two hot surface igniters. The Unibox 008 needs to be mounted in a dry location less than 10M from the burner head. The wiring loom is supplied pre-terminated, with plugs and sockets, to make the connection required to run the unit. The large unit has the medium burner which is ignited by two hot surface igniters and controlled by two thermocouples that feed back to the Unibox for safe flame failure operation.
