The Fluted Bowl Flambeaux provides a traditional style cast bowl with a fabricated steel spigot mounting for attaching to a variety of new or existing columns and pedestals. The unit shown here is mounted to a Sugg cast iron pedestal, which has an enclosure with door, in the base, to house the Unibox. For all other mounting options the controller is fitted remote from the unit and must be located within 10M of the burner. The Fluted Bowl Flambeaux has a cast aluminium bowl powder coated black RAL 9005, as standard, mounted on a steel galvanised spigot to support the burner, and to house the plug and socket connections. Spigot sizes must be specified as a reducer may be required for fixing to the existing column spigots. The Unibox 008 is fitted remote from the bowl, all terminations are already made. This provides the installer with the freedom of location for the Unibox and solenoid; the controller will require a 240v - 5 amp supply. The burner is ignited by two hot surface igniters and controlled by two thermocouples that feed back to the Unibox for safe flame failure operations.
